Founded in 2018, Quarters is an independent estate agency based in Wokingham, bringing together decades of property experience and a shared commitment to doing things well.

Our team brings together extensive property experience, detailed local knowledge and complementary skills. From the first conversation to the day the keys change hands, we work closely together to make the process as straightforward as possible. 

We're deliberately a close-knit team. That means clients know who they're dealing with, communication stays personal and every home receives the attention it deserves.

Nick co-founded Quarters in 2018, bringing decades of experience across independent, national and international property businesses. 

Having previously established and sold a successful Wokingham estate agency, Nick understands both the personal and commercial sides of moving home. 

Today, Nick focuses on sales strategy and negotiation, combining his market knowledge with straightforward advice to help clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome.
 
Nick is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Teresa Ling | Director

Teresa has worked in residential property since 2003 and has spent much of her career helping people buy and sell homes across Berkshire.

As co-founder of Quarters, she leads the sales valuation, property presentation and marketing process, working closely with homeowners from their first conversation through to an agreed sale.

Teresa has a particular eye for the details that make a home appealing. She believes that understanding a property, its setting and the people who live there is essential to presenting it well.

Having lived in Wokingham for more than 27 years, she combines extensive local knowledge with a personal, considered approach to every client relationship.

Teresa is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Gordon Hood | Head of Lettings

Gordon leads Quarters' lettings service, bringing more than 25 years of residential property experience and a longstanding connection with the Wokingham area.

His career includes senior roles with respected property businesses, including Savills, Knight Frank and Hamptons, alongside experience within independent estate agency.

Gordon combines a detailed understanding of the lettings market with a practical, professional approach to property management and landlord relationships.

He places particular importance on clear communication, sound advice and well-managed processes, helping landlords make informed decisions and feel confident that their property is in experienced hands.

Gordon is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Anne Reece | Property Associate

Anne is an Associate of Quarters, specialising in Emmbrook, Woosehill and Binfield, where she advises homeowners on the sale of their properties.

Anne also works closely with Nick and the wider team, arranging and conducting viewings across the properties we market. Her familiarity with the homes and the people behind them helps create a more personal, informed viewing experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, Anne takes time to understand what buyers are looking for, helping them explore each property with confidence while providing homeowners with useful, considered feedback.

Amanda Fyfe | Property Associate

Amanda works closely with homeowners, providing personal advice and guidance throughout the process of selling their property.

Living in Sindlesham, she has a particular understanding of the local market, with a focus on Sindlesham, Barkham and the wider Wokingham area.

As an Associate of Quarters, Amanda combines her local knowledge with a thoughtful, approachable manner, taking time to understand each homeowner's circumstances and what they hope to achieve from their move.
