From 'cottages to castles' we've applied our creative marketing strategies to hundreds of homes over the years, learning a bit about innovative property marketing along the way.

We don't have a minimum home value, instead we prefer to proudly feature homes which love being lived in.

We've made a conscious decision to keep our client-base manageable, and we offer be-spoke marketing to every home we present.  As a result we aim to partner with a maximum of ten families at any given time, allowing us to dedicate our full attention to achieving the best possible outcome.  We’re convinced this achieves the best results for everyone involved.   

Operating from private offices in central Wokingham, we are owned & led by our Co-Founders who, with over 40 years of experience in the Berkshire property market, are able to offer a trusted hand with all your property needs.  From a sales consultation to helping you find your new home, we’re here to help.

I’ve worked across local, regional, national and international property businesses – from front-line roles to the boardroom – since starting my career back in 1989.

After 14 fast-paced years learning the ropes (and learning business from some brilliant people), I co-founded an estate and letting agency in Wokingham in 2003 with my long-time business partner Teresa.

We sold that business in 2013, and I spent the next few years in a range of roles across the wider property industry before launching Quarters in 2018.

I’m proud to be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).

With over three decades in the Berkshire prime property market, I’ve helped hundreds of people sell their biggest asset — and I never take that trust for granted.

I started my sales career in 1987 and still believe that integrity, care, and a full understanding of both buyer and seller goals are key to a successful move. While the industry has changed, those values haven’t.

In 2003, I co-founded a successful estate and letting agency in Wokingham with Nick.

After selling that business in 2013, we went on to launch Quarters in 2018 — a service-led estate agency designed around what clients truly want.

I’ve lived in Wokingham for over 25 years and know the town inside out — from the parks and schools to the best coffee spots.

I also bring a strong network of investors, developers, brokers, and other property professionals to every sale.  Relationships count.
