Best in County at the 2025 ESTAS Customer Service Awards

We’re very proud to share that Quarters has been named Best in County at the 22nd annual ESTAS Customer Service Awards – the most recognised customer service awards in the UK property industry.

The ceremony took place at the Grosvenor House in London, where over 1,100 of the country’s leading estate and letting agents gathered to celebrate outstanding service in the world of property.

The awards were presented by Phil Spencer, well-known to many from Location, Location, Location.

What makes the ESTAS particularly meaningful is that the results are based entirely on feedback from clients who have experienced the full moving journey. This year’s awards drew on more than 300,000 customer review ratings, making it the largest measure of customer satisfaction in the sector.

Phil Spencer summed up the awards perfectly on the night:

“These awards are based entirely on customer feedback. Real voices. Real experiences. That’s why they carry so much weight. These aren’t just trophies, they’re symbols of trust.”

Receiving this award means a great deal because it comes directly from the people we’ve helped move – sellers and buyers who’ve worked with us from valuation through to completion. It reflects the personal approach we take, the care we put into communication, and the commitment we make to guide clients calmly through what can be one of life’s more stressful chapters.
