Membership of the FIA is by invitation only, and is limited to one local independent estate agent that meets their high standards and qualification criteria.

Qualification
All members are pre-qualified, and the Directors are background checked, by the FIA before applying for membership, to ensure competency, compliance and professionalism giving you peace of mind that you’re in safe hands.

By invitation only
FIA membership is granted by invitation only. All members have been selected based on their particular proficiency, skill and professionalism. The FIA turn down many agents who they deem not suitable for membership.

Training & compliance
All members have access to exclusive and bespoke FIA approved training, ensuring continued best practice for all members.

Mystery shopping
All member agents undergo a regular mystery shopping exercise to ensure they are consistently delivering high quality service to their customers.

Marketing
